Breffney O' Dowling - kEANE

Food Scientist, Chef and Major Food Pusher.

Breffney is our CEO, Co-founder and the foodie force behind FruitCubed. Coming from a long line of kitchen goddesses, Breffney spends her free time creating, tasting or blogging about food- the healthier, more colourful and tastier the better! When she isn't thinking about food, she is planning her next holiday. On country #44, With her mum (Karen!) on one side and her Cocker spaniel (Lily) on the other, she is constantly in search of a new hidden gem (and foodie find) to discover. And, yes- that is all her own hair- we reckon it's from eating all that fruit and veg!

Roger rYAN

Food Scientist, ex. Superstar DJ and chief taster.

Enter Roger- CTO of FruitCubed. Some of you may remember him from his glory days, DJing under the stage name Bobby Carrot. Roger, though born and bread in Cork is a country man at heart and when he tasted his first glass of unpasteurised farm-yard milk, knew food was his calling. Fast forward a few years and a some remixes later and he is Mr. Technology. A.K.A. the one who keeps us alive. Got a techie question that needs answering? Roger is your man. When he is not streamlining our production plans, Roger can be found running around a GAA pitch, out for a run with Jake ( his dog!) or training for his next triathlon.

KAREN O' DOWLING - KEANE

KITCHEN GODDESS,everything SUPREME, BREFF'S MUM

Karen, A.K.A. CareBear, is the real driving force behind FruitCubed. When she is not cooking up a storm in her own kitchen, she can be found helping us to tweak the flavours, getting us show-ready or is there to remind us why we started FruitCubed in the first place.

Karen is usually accompanied by Lily ( the Cocker spaniel) and Tom (Breff's dad and StartUp Biz Man #RetailEverywhere!) looking for the world's best Margarita, Italy's best twisting street and planning a trip to China. Carlsberg don't do Karen's but if they did- they wouldn't be a patch on our Karen.
